At Firm Foundation Construction, we take great pride in our workmanship, quality, and trustworthiness. Our team is dedicated to guiding our clients through every step of the process, from the initial blueprint to cost estimates to the final Certificate of Occupancy. Our services primarily cater to the Tri-City area, and we are fully licensed by the State of Tennessee. To provide our clients with peace of mind, Firm Foundation Construction carries Workman’s Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and is bonded.
Alan Smith
Beginning his career in the world of finance, Alan worked as Chief Financial Officer with SunTrust Bank, and would later move on to work for Gilbert Advanced Asset Management as an Investment Manager. With the help of some great friends, Alan would build his first home in 1992 and discover his passion for building. That passion would later blossom into a growing business whose values highlight exceeding customers expectations, and providing an excellent home.
Tina Smith
With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Tina excels in the area of real estate. Currently working as an agent for Crye-Leike Real Estate, she goes above and beyond to help you locate your dream location for your new home. Utilizing her experiences and knowledge of the industry, she also makes for the perfect candidate to help you in the sale of your existing home.
